It is expressly forbidden to hold any event or party, under penalty of a fine, in addition to any damages caused. In this context, the term "event" is characterized by any reception (dinner, lunch, barbecue, party) that exceeds by 50% (fifty percent) the maximum number of occupancy stipulated in the contract (in this case 15 people including guests).
The LESSEE may invite persons to visit the property ("Visitors") on non-consecutive days and for a maximum of 02 (two) days during the stay.
The TENANT shall respect the noise limits at any time of the day, in order not to disturb neighbors and passers-by, and the use of professional loudspeakers is strictly prohibited, as well as the hiring of DJs and musical bands using professional equipment.
